I think in the GM room, they should block the commands !say and !notice.
Well, it's just because there were awful lots of notices, names spamming lately O.o
We could just vote on this, though if you want.

I agree the spam is annoying but I think it's useful. !notice should definately be removed though because we don't know who's talking.
Useful cause if you can't afford smegas, you can use !say very easily.
