Cow detective NPC Empty Cow detective NPC

I was just wondering if you guys could fix the cow NPC to become a detective.
I've worked really hard for the GML and maple leaves, and I only just had enough today.
But when I went to become a detective, the NPC wasn't working.
So please, fix the NPC.
