MapleStory's originally made from South Korea, Seoul ( Where I was born xDD ). The Owner wouldn't say Hello, I'm from MapleStory/Nexon America Co. They originally send a letter by E-Mail that looks like=.
Yea I know, it's a bit blurry but you get the point.
And, I don't even think that even Nexon can just send people to jail for breaking one of their game rules ( although they CAN sue people ).

This is obviously fake.

First of all;
There is no such company such as "Maplestory/Nexon America Co. The real company which hosts Global Maplestory is Nexon America Co. Which is headed by Nexon Corporation in America.

Secondly;
There is no such thing called "Nexons Trade Mark Rights." The term this person was looking for was Nexon America's Terms of Use. http://nximage.nexon.net/common/legal_info/terms.html. MSNick is not in direct violation of the TOU. This is because the owner of MSNick did not create the source code of OdinMS/TitanMS/whatever repack he is using. Any modifications that the owner did make is still not in direct violation of the TOU, as modifications of someone else's programming is not stated in the TOU.

Lastly;
Nobody ever said what the consequenses were if MSNick was not shut down.

Nor it is stated in the TOU. Any punishment or ruling cannot be made by the affect company(ies) should there not be any statement anywhere saying what the consequences were. If MSNick was sued, then any ruling have to be made in the owner's country of residence, or where the servers were hosted.

Unfortunately, Mr. NexonAmericaCo, get a degree in English and in law. You really suck.

if you have it, open it, then at the bottom right of the Hamachi window, there are two buttons, one is Circle shape(setting) and the inner one is a triangle one, click the triangle one and press join Hamachi Group or Network, type GraphicStory and the password is 123

So now I just play pservers I don't make them.
